BASSETERRE: Resident Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) His Excellency Edward Tao, has reiterated his nation’s commitment to deepen cooperation with St. Kitts and Nevis in the area of technology.
Ambassador Tao on Wednesday welcomed members of the St. Kitts & Nevis Robotics Association.
“Both sides discussed Taiwan’s leading high-tech strengths and its continued support in developing local tech talent,” the Embassy said.
It noted founder and Chairman His Excellency Dr. Ricardo Neil, who is also the nation’s Goodwill Ambassador for Science and Technology, “as a tireless advocate for STEAM education, empowering young innovators across St. Kitts & Nevis and the Caribbean.”
“We look forward to deepening Taiwan–St. Kitts & Nevis cooperation in technology, education, and innovation for a smarter future,” the Embassy said.
