Digicel To Phase Out 2G Network In St. Kitts & Nevis

BASSETERRE – This move is part of Digicel’s continued investment in faster and more reliable mobile technologies, allowing the company to deliver improved call quality, better coverage and an overall stronger network experience for customers across the Federation.

While most customers will not be affected, approximately 383 Digicel customers currently using 2G-only devices or services will be impacted by this change. These customers will need to upgrade to a 3G or 4G compatible device to continue using mobile services once the transition is complete.

Digicel is committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for all impacted customers. A dedicated team will be available to support customers through this process, including providing guidance on device upgrades and helping you choose a plan that best fits your needs. Impacted customers are encouraged to visit their nearest Digicel retail store or contact customer care by dialing 100 for assistance.
